  • Returns

    If it doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to return it to us. 

    Please note:

    • Solid gold rings are made to order and are not eligible to be returned at this time.
    • Any earrings that have been worn on cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.  If you want to return your earrings please do not try them on.

     

    For all other items, we’re happy to either exchange or refund your order if returned within 14 days of receiving your product.

    *Reasons for return or exchange

    When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    You will be responsible for your own return shipping fee.

    Once your return has been approved we will refund your original form of payment within 3 business days.
